DETAILS, LOCATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE:
Sale of apartments in a luxury complex near Budva with the option of participating in the business model called condo, which is currently in trend and promises as much as 6% return on investment on an annual basis. Condo means that the company that operates within the complex completely takes over the apartment rental process for you, keeps 30% of the turnover from the rental, and you get the other 70% paid to your account. Of course, you can make an agreement with the above-mentioned company when and how long do you want to use the apartment for personal purposes.
The complex consists of two buildings A and B. Building A is located on the first line to the sea and has a total of 12 floors, and building B is located on the second line to the sea and has five floors.
